Trending @Wipro; Promotion B2 to B3

I joined wipro in April 2024 with B2 band and I am now having total exp close to 6 years . Can anyone please tell me whom should I reach and process for getting promoted from B2 to B3 ?? Also how much hike i can expect with this ?

Have a chat with your manager or lead asking about this. If you’ve been delivering some good work and also have good ratings in last few appraisals (atleast 4) then I’m sure they’d be happy to nominate you for a promotion. Good luck 😃
