Promotion
I am in digital cadre, I have 3 years of experience and I want to know when will I get promoted to c2.
Since you are asking in this forum, I assume you haven't yet learned the strategy so called... Boot licking, bucketing, Jo hukum sir or madam... Please adapt as soon as possible, else system will force you in your upcoming promotions u end up learning this late in ur career.
If you get A band in 3 continuous appraisals , Promotion can be provided by manager. But this is completely based on managers mind set and the project will look for the senior employees in the project who are all waiting for the same promotion what you ask so seniority basis will be checked and as per the senior they will provide
if you have any issues with manager
Then forget promotion.
Better suggestion is start licking your manager's your higher official's boot from now itself like a cat
