Hi I have total 36 MAL at level 11. Recently came to new project. July cycle will be taken care by my last project. My manager said he will push for promotion?
Provided that there are no competition in my project but as I left project will they promote me?
I also joined new team month back

I was in the same situation last year....in all probability you will not be promoted and may even get some illogical hike (less than 5%) because you exactly dont know who represented you in the hr call when your hike discussion was going on. And your previous project will not push because now they will either save that budget or give that promotion to someone who is working in that project.
