Is promotion is happening by default? Because i can see in linkedin who all are promoted just completed 2 year or about to complete 2 year.

You can go to accenture portal and check . In my account of 1000 people hardly 30 people were promoted in this cycle . So no , not everyone is getting promoted . If they are mostly it’s L12s .
