My manager nominated me on August from sse to ta (jl3 to jl4). When can I expect it's result or any mail that I am prompted plus how much increment inwill be getting? Currently I am getting 4.6lpa.
If nominated in August you should have received promotion letter by September end with promotion effective July. What it means is assuming he nominated that there were limited slots and your ranking wqs lower to your peers. Assuming he will nominate again and people above you are already promoted you can hope promotion as of October 1 with letter out in December end
Is it applicable for all JLs? Any specific criteria for JL5 above
If your manager has nominated in August, you will receive promotion letter by Mid October for sure. Effective from 1st October. Standard increment is 17.5%. But depends on unit as well.
Yes today he told I will get mail soon so might be I'll get but increment will be only 17-18 that's it? I mean iknow few people they said they got 4.6 to 7.5 something
You’ll be prompted in next quarter and expect an increase in salary. Max it can jump to 7.2lpa.
