Promotion And QVP at TCS

Current Grade - C2 CTC -22

If I get a promotion, what percentage of hike I can expect?

And people on higher grades, pls throw some light on QVP as well, i heard due to low QVP payout, at times, in hand goes down after promotion, pls advise

C3A QVA will be low compared to C2.
InHand salary is going to reduce for you.

Max upto 15% of the hike. Your salary is already at the higher side compared to your grade, so % might be less. QVP/QVA is quarterly paid and from last 1 year it is getting deducted, very high almost 70%. It depends on business unit performance and your WFO index. Whatever the reason the company gives, you won't get 100%. It is rare nowadays
