Trending @Accenture; Promotion and Increment
I joined Accenture in July 2022 at L-11 after completing my MBA in 2022. Accenture is my first company. Currently my fixed pay is 8L and over all CTC is 10L. In 2022 dec, I got an increment of 50K in fixed pay, and then didn’t get any increment in 2023. Can I expect promotions this year, considering 2 years of experience at level 11? How much increment can I expect this year? Am I underpaid?

If you joined as a fresher with 0 work experience then you are not underpaid in Accenture ! But as per market value we all are underpaid no doubt about it !!

But I did MBA, even my juniors from the same college have more fixed pay than me

@User1234567 Then you are definitely underpaid as per market value but if your juniors are working in another firm then you can’t say you are underpaid as per Accenture pay scale!
Accenture is known to pay low so that’s why I said we all are underpaid here !

What role is this? Because those joining as Management Consulting Associates (CL12) after their undergrad get paid more than this.. Plus you've done an MBA. Not sure if you're underpaid for your role or not, but definitely seems lesser than the market standards.

Business Architecture Analyst. Exactly my point. Even after working so hard, my manager always takes away all my credit in client meetings and leadership calls… when I asked my manager for promotion he just keeps on giving me some lame reasons just to avoid it . He tells me that I need to increase my visibility, how the hell can I do that when he takes up all the visibility and never mentions about my work in leadership calls 😪😪😪 I am really frustrated
