I have been working at a client location since joining CG and am currently at Grade B1. This year, I received a retention bonus of ₹1.5 lakh and an “Exceeding (2)” performance rating. I would like to understand my chances of promotion to Grade B2 and the expected salary hike.

Can you share more details on how did you got chance to work on-site? That too before B1.
If you have received confirmation from your manager then only you will receive promotion at exceeding rating.
