Trending @Accenture; Promotion and Hike
U joined Accenture in December 2024, am I eligible for hikes and promotion in this cycle (may-June) or when I will be eligible for it?
Seriously?? What made you even ask this question buddy? People here in Accenture are sitting from 3-4 years without any hikes or promotions and you who has just joined 4-5 months back is expecting a promotion/hike 😂😂 You will be eligible in coming Dec'25 but you'll get or not that's completely on your's and company's performance.
What I have “SEEN” people here got promoted even when they resigned. That’s exactly why I joined this company and on what technology do these people work on that they are still in Accenture even after not getting a single hike in 3 years 😅.
However i am just asking legally how much time it takes to make me eligible for promotion and hikes. That’s all!
