Hi, I'm working at level 9 since Dec 2021 and as per my skills decided to ask for promotion.
Does Accenture promote in the May month cycle? How much percentage of hike Accenture provide at level 8?

No u won't get... better to expect in Dec cycle, only if Accenture publish it's excellent growth...Look out Julie's email every quarter for Accenture results Keep discussing from ur boss on promotion But I think 3 years would be very early from level 9 to 8 IDK, how ur boss has promised
How much total experience you have? it depends on that as well

I'm 9.3 YOE and base pay is 15.4LPA , even I'm underpaid but what to do...not getting proper calls from outside and if getting 1 or 2 calls then they are not able to offer more than 30% So it's better to stay and do perfectly Steve doing...once macro economics soars then hopefully we will get revised salary per market standards. Also not sure how to ask from boss about salary raise.
I think my current ctc is very less as per level 9
