Trending @Accenture; Promotion and Hike
Is Accenture providing any hike and promotion on completing 4 years?? I joined as a fresher here and received 1 promotion only till now.
same boat... my learning : don't expect anything..
even after speaking with my managers from each project i worked on.. they're saying we don't know yet cannot guarantee anything..
performance?
was above average based on all: genuine supervisor and manager feedbacks, proven results, client feedbacks, in writings and verbal...
only performance that lacked was from organisation side. they didn't do well in their fy quarters and blah blah.
If they are not gaining profit then don't hire new people on 300% hike right, you can't give promotion and hike to your own employees but welcome outsiders with a Good Bucket of growth.
I have been in accenture for 4 years 3 months There is only one promotion after completion of 2 years , afterwards there is no promotion, So i switched and got 200% hike in new company

Never expect anything from Accenture.. They'll give you lame excuses to not give promotion or hikes.. Almost all Accenture employees were expecting a good hike and promotion in dec'24.. But everyone knows what they did..and you should not expecting much in June'25 as well... I resigned already from this shit company
