Hi All, I have been working in Infosys for 2.5 years and now I am in the Senior Systems Engineer role (JL 3) from last 6 months. When I promote to the next role? For Which role ? And what will be salary Hike for this role?

Your next role would be Technology Analyst. Its all depends on your contribution and limelight in program. Discuss with your manager frequently. The hike for JL4 is very less, also 10% variable pay will be applicable.

Depends on your manager and unit. My manager did not promote me because he had to write an email to HR If your manager is like this, good luck. Discuss with him to promote you during April appraisal.
