Most probably you will be not considered for yearly hike..or even if you considered hike will be peanuts..this all depends on your new CTC, YoE, Unit, your CTC percentile in your JL band ..and offcourse manager's recommendations for yearly hike

No promotion is different and appraisal hike is different. You will definitely get appraisal hike.
