I just got promoted from JL5 to JL6 in the month of October,2025 so, will I get annual hike as well or not ?
Yes, mostly depends on your manager and DM sometimes they say you got recently promoted to won't be considered for Hike. But this time, time is in your favor as mostly JL6 and above will get annul hike in Q12026 or Q2 2026 as per rumors JL5 and Below will definitely get in Q1 2026 - These are rumors though nothing confirmed
How much hike did u receive from jl5 to jl6
If we return back to original home cycles. Your timing is near perfect. JL6 hikes usually are effective July1st. Usually if 9months or more gap os there you wlll get a hikes but it’s will be usual 3-5% for JL6
You got promotion for Oct quarter people are still waiting for July updates 😂
