I joined TCS in July 2024 as IT Analyst, C2 grade with 6.6 years of experience, Can I expect my promotion after I cross 8 years of experience ?

Minimum 2 non-C bands required. Remaining all depends upon promotion cycle and window.

You’re eligible for promotions after three band release and it should be B and above.!! Post that you supervisor can nominate it.!

Nope, people are saying you should work 4 Yr in tcs for promotion. My team lead is in the same boat like you. He's not getting promotion from 3 yr from C2.
