Promotion after 4 years time process

Hi everyone In October my supervisor initiated my promotion as my experience crossed 4 years. Can anyone tell me how much time it'll take to complete it. Also what will be the hike after that. Thanks

Ideally if he has initiated it should be done in the same quarter else further quarters as per recommendation also it depends on band that you were hired
