Trending @Accenture; Promotion - Accenture army need your inputs here

I am completing 2 years at Accenture on Nov 24th. Will I be receiving promotion on that day? When will it happen? I am frustrated! I have been doing many certifications for the last 6 months, should I wait for promotion or apply elsewhere?

Put an one slider with all your achievements and present it to your people lead while asking for a promotion. Start chasing now itself. I would suggest waiting for four more months. By December, you will know whether or not you will get the promotion. Regardless of the outcome, consider switching after December. This is not the age and time to settle here; explore the world of IT.

Promotions are not guaranteed this year. Consider switching jobs to get a better pay offer.

The windows have already closed for all the meetings and submissions. Now it's going to be in the hands of your managers. And that too no guarantee. Switch asap

All promotions happen on any of the first day of a new quarter i.e. 1st of Mar, Jun, Sep or Dec. Your tenure is a key factor, if below CL9 you have to go through sub levels 3,2 and then arrive at sub level 1 to be eligible for promotion. If CL9 or above then promotion depends on MAL and performance. Typically 2-3 years. Your CL/sub level cycle is determined by your DoJ. Your will be Dec to Dec.

Not sure why you thought this bro😅 Just because you completed 2 years at Accenture does not mean you will be getting promoted! It doesn't work like that sadly. Promotion here depends on the client requirements, budget issues, your persuasion skills, your self marketing skills to the leadership!
But all the best and I do hope you do get that promotion you've been waiting for🙂

If your manager is ready to promote you then you may receive it on December 1st

In Accenture, the promotion cycle is June or December plus depends upon your manager if you are getting promotion or not
