Promotion

I am BPO 2. Last promotion done october 2021. My previous manager initiated my band promotion 2 months back from bpo 2 to bpo 3. It is pending with reviewer. However i am not able to get clear picture how it will go ahead. It is showing pending with reviewer, However promotion window not opened yet. Can anyone guide me to get it done please.
