Got promotion from Lvl 11 to Lvl 10 MAL: 23 However i have heard from someone that MAL is not going to he a factor going forward according to policy . Your manager might still consider it on personal level.

i think so to i have team members with 30+ mal but still not getting promoted

@ViolentVariation Is your base pay changed in Rewards portal? Or will it change from June 1st?

It is reflecting in the portal. Basically your manager will release it post informing you about your promotion/hike and it will reflect almost immediately. For me it got released instantly and I could see it while i was in the call itself.
