How many years it typically takes to get promoted to SA level at cognizant .I'm currently working at the Associate level and it has been 2 years .

I joined in May 2021 and requested for SA in 2023. It’s been more than 2 years but I’m still waiting .. they took all the details but haven’t provided any update yet.. I’m done with those people.. they are really really pathetic.. don’t have expectations for SA.. just prepare urself and leave from here i would suggest
