So you can check with your Manager after the Results.
My promotion was initiated in april 2024 and pending with reviewer. What to do in this??
Ask direct question to your manager: Ask him whether he is giving your promotion in next cycle or not
He will say lot of stories like we are done from our end, But stopped at the corporate end.
It's is their responsibility to give your promotion and not the corporate guys.

That is tcs becomes toxic consultancy. They are just becoming pathetic day by day. I am just giving interviews and not able to get positive feedback. Need to leave tcs as soon as possible. They are literally become insane. I have placed 20 people in tcs. Feeling bad for them as well.
Since it was raised by previous manager and pending with reviewer check with the reviewer first. After manager, reviewer it will go to HR & corporate approval. It's a tricky situation because manager is the driver of promotion from start to end. This is why new manager may want to initiate it himself. Hope it works out. Good luck

From very reliable source, mostly all promotions will be pushed to November (not sure about C1, C2 level though). But sure for C3A above it will be pushed to November is what i have heard.
