I am ASE and joined Accenture April 2022, still not yet promoted. Whenever I talk with my Lead regarding this. She ignore the conversation and change the topic. What should I do?
Create a one pager ppt and mention what was expected out or you and what you have done in the current role, sort them by exceptional performance first and then one that you just met the expectations. Share that with your manager before the next catchup an do not have any fear of any sort as this is what you deserve an you will not get it until you ask for it.
In case your manager still jumps topics or ignores you,I recommend you speak with your skip level and discuss your aspirations with them.
Thanks, Shall I discuss directly with my Project manager. Generally, I had daily connect with him related to work and my Lead didn't like it. He is the manager of my Lead. Is it ok to talk directly to him related to my aspirations
Please go ahead and make this constructive, do not crib or complaint about your lead with your project manager. You discuss work, achievements, aspirations and successes
You are eligible for a by default promotion to se after completing 21 months at current level. But it still depends on the project.
