Its been 2 years for me with no hike. Got promoted to Senior associate consultant bt no hike at all. I am actively giving interviews now a days. Manager now giving false hopes for client side transfer to USA

Almost 2 years here and in project from beginning. No escalation, two times commendable ratings, client appreciations but still no hike, just a progression. They gave excuses while asking for hike last year.

Now when I put paper with more than 50% hike they are coming with only 12% max and onsite promises.
