Got promoted to level 10, but still didn't get any mail from communication team. Any idea on when I will receive that ?

Please check rewards portal and workday if your job title is updating !
I got the default mail from Julie sweet for the promotion and in workday it's reflecting. But There is a one more mail needs to receive from the Accenture India communication team. That one I didn't receive
I also didn’t receive anything like that. I received Julie’s mail. Title change in Workday. That’s all. Do we get anything else? Are you sure?
What's communication team ? Also is promotion reflecting in Rewards portal ?
It is reflecting in workday, but one more mail yet to receive right 🤔
@Beast79 check if rewards.accenture.com shows the updated CTC. If yes then you are promoted and no need for other email! And if workday is showing the promoted job title then it is done already! Ask DiPA what is your career level and you will know instantly !
