1.5 years already ho gaya but promotion nhi hua

Currently, I am a Systems Engineer (SE). I completed two years at Infosys in November 2024. When can I expect a progression to Senior Systems Engineer (SSE)? Also, will there be a salary hike associated with the progression or due to ratings? I haven’t got ratings yet.

Rule is once you are 2.9 years total experience. You are eligible for TA promotion. But from SYstem Er to direct TA they cant do so in SSE role you must min of 3 months experience.

Bro, u should expect the TA promotion in 1-1.5 years after SSE. Just keep killin it at work and it'll come soon! 💪
