Promotion

Hi All, I have completed 3years in TCS with a grade of C2.

Question is should I need to initiate a promotion from C2 to C3A now(completion of 3years)

Or

Should i need to wait till the end year appraisal??

First of all, there is nothing you need to do.

The promotion has to be initiated by your Speed supervisor. You could request him/her.

Eligibility criteria is to be in level for 3.5 yrs ( last two bands A) or 4.5 yrs ( A and B combination). Have a discussion with your manager too. FYI - There will be a reduction in QVA which is 100 percent at C2.

3.5 is valid criteria and it should be raised by your supervisor also wait till cycle complete.
