Promotion
Hi guys.. My supervisor confirmed my name was added to C1 to C2 promotion list for this cycle. How long will it take for the corporate to confirm the associates who will be promoted?
The supervisor added me to list on April12.
I have 3 As and 1 B in last 4 years in tcs - will this increase my chance of promotion..
I think next cycle will be in August
TCS Promotions are not really Exp or Skil or Performance based. It's purely Manager based. If your manager really wants to give you the Promotion and if it is not stopped at Corporate HR side. You will get the Promotion by July Mid Results.

Cycle is not open for this quarter
- if corporate really asked the list for current cycle and 2) if your supervisor really gave the offline recommendation
Then it will be approved soon and most probably you will get the letter a few days after next quarterly results. I.e mid or late july
