So I have been in CG for more than 18 month yest I haven't recieved any promotion their rain for that is I was not billable but as much I am not aware when will my promotion be now my cycle was JFM, CAN SOMEONE guide me through this would be great.. as my manager says if it comes to him he is always ready to.promote me
If someone completes 18 months , are they eligible for promotion.?
Yes, for freshers that's the case but for someone on much higher level they have their own cycles
Actually they dont guarantee a promotion in 18 months. If you read their terms and conditions thoroughly, they mentioned that we'll be reviewed after 18 months. However, in the meeting, they mentioned that we'll get promoted after 18 months. Since there is no written proof, we can't argue with them. I have already discussed this with my Manager and HR.
I am not sure if this is true but I heard this somewhere that from the day you become billable your promotion cycle starts.
