Hi people, I have been working as an Analyst for more than a year. I want to know what it the process to get promoted to a senior analyst. Can only your manager promote you or how does it happen. Also for this year, can we expect promotions in May or June?
I think only after 2 years in a certain role we are eligible for promotion.
I guess maximum 3yrs need for analyst to senior analyst promotion and if your performance is superb your manager can give within 2yrs
There have been people who got promoted after a year too.. but never keep expectations on accenture.. if you worked exceptionally well and outshined all the people at your level only then you might get a chance to be promoted .
Depends on your performance, manager and project budget.

L11 for 2.5 years and MAL 54.. how is this possible. 2.5 year is 29 months not 54
To be eligible for promotion, you need to be at level 11.1. Once you reach this level, your manager will submit your name during the promotion meeting.
