Trending @Accenture; Promoting from L10 to L9, will the hike be 13% this time also?
Just want to know how much Accenture is paying for L9 position? I'm in L10 position and getting around 12.5LPA
Nothing such... It all depends on your current CTC and on top of that 13% will be provided I am a CL9 and my current CTC is 10 lpa... It got impacted bcoz of no hike from 2022 and when got promoted to cl9 recently received only 13%

It's fixed, you'll get 13% no matter what since the tool doesn't enable that field to be editable for anyone. So yes it's a flat 13.
It's all a lie. It depends on the project budget too. This was the same thing that was told last time, but people in my project got promoted with 25%

To be honest all depends on current salary and project budget got around 34% back in may 25 for 10->9 promotion
Ok what about 9 to 8 level hike ?
