I got promoted in this November cycle to TL(Level 9) with hike of 20% and VP of 13.5%. My new Base Pay is 13 Lakhs and VP around 1.5-1.75 lakh. YOE - 4 years. Is this compensation good? Should I stay or get out?

Yes me being an L9 with 10 years of experience is just awarded 10.5 base pay. So your compensation is way better compared to your YOE

Yes, I joined in 2020 at level 11 from college, FSE(Analyst) Got promoted in 2022 March to SSE and now got TL
