Trending @Infosys; Promoted to TL

Recently got promoted to TL from TA, with a total of 5 years of experience, new ctc is 10LPA. Is this normal CTC for TA role, if not what should I do to get a good raise to be equal with industry standards. Also need some suggestions for future growth on going forward with the same full stack role (react+springboot) or Devops opportunities.

Hey, can you tell me about your experience getting promoted from TA to TL? Was it after completing a bridge program, or did Infosys promote you based on your experience after 5 years?

It's a simple promotion based on performance and experience.

Our senior manager is saying that even with a commendable rating, we won't be considered for promotion without completing the Power Programmer bridge program. Experience alone isn't enough.

5 years and 10 lpa is common

For 5 yoe, 10 lpa seems below industry standard especially given you are in a full stack role. Try switching I think market easily pays around 17-20 lpa for a full stack dev with 5 yoe and since you are TL, it should be higher
