Hi all,

Today I got an email from the manager stating that I got promoted to senior consultant. My team profile got updated but did not receive any official notification or mail as well as any hoke letter.

Am I missing something? When can I expect a notification & compensation statement?

You may have to wait for 2 weeks for an email officially from the business unit. You can check compensation change in successfactor for now

Hi, I joined as fresher in dec 2023, I have got my rating this month (Exceptional).
But my designation has not changed yet to senior software Engineer, my friends from other project have got promoted. Is there any criteria to get promoted?
Does it happen project wise? What's happening please help.

Sab bakwas hai .....they will promote only when you lick manager n+1 and director and that also they think thousands times because they have thousands like you
