I received a call from my manager regarding my reward statement. The good news is that I've been promoted from level 11 to level 10, but I only received a 13% salary increase. I'm not sure whether I should be happy or sad. 🥹 Has this happened to anyone else? I heard that the default hike percentage for a promotion is usually 25%.
Yes it should be between 20-25% previously, it seems from this year they might have changed it, I can see even though they promoted they are getting around same percentage
But at least if they are promoting they should consider of giving decent hike. This is very bad.ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Same happened with me this time. I got promoted to Level 10 with 13% increase in base pay. Initially i got shocked after listening to this and took a while to digest this.
