It’s never gets fixed…there will be a clause in compensation letter where they mention they can review and adjust that personal component anytime.

No you’re wrong at this part, I have checked with manager and few people and they confirmed that digital component is part of fixed pay. Even in compensation letter I received there is no clause which says any part is variable as it was clearly mentioned in earlier digital component.
