Trending @Cognizant; Promoted in May at Cognizant
I'm just curious about who all got promoted in Cognizant in May month from Associate to Senior Associate. And what is your compensation hike from and to?
Asked for it multiple times and still awaiting.....in last one year this is my third project....not sure how it works here...
We need to ask Home Manager that you are looking forward to your promotion, Talent Manager will raise an SO which is something like a request for approving the promotion. Some one in your horizontal or account at higher management need to approve it.
Eligibility criteria:
- minimum 2 years of experience
- last two ratings should be above 3
- depends on the Designation vacancy, account, budget
New additional filters to above: - 2 years with the same project or account
- 2 to 3 days per week Work From Office for last 3 months atleast
- they can add anything anytime any silly reason if they don't want to approve your promotion request

@PurpleClass so as per point 4 somebody working on implementations which gets over within a year....than that resource might never get promoted.....just wondering.....😂
