Finally got promoted from A to SA through Job Moves Program. The email says, "Your assignment in this new role commences from October 01, 2024. Accordingly your promotion will be effective November 01, 2024. You will receive an adjustment to your compensation with your promotion and e-letter will be released in last week of November..!!

The process for moving from A to SA is different from the PA to A promotion process. There is a separate process called the Internal Job Moves Program that should be followed.
Within Project:
Project Manager raises Service Order (SO) for SA level and map the elligible associate to it and closes the Service Order.
Outside Project:
If you have completed the designated window as an associate, you can raise request on Internal Job Moves Program and you will be notified with the available SA level positions across and you can apply for it. There would be an interview process and so on for this..
