Big news (but you already saw the email 😉): • 50k folks getting promoted in June – 15k in India! • Total FY25 promos in India = a whopping 43k+ 💥 • Business is doing well, but profits are a bit shy this year (thanks, global drama 🌍😅). • So, the company’s all about working smarter now.
💸 Show Me the Money! • Some got hikes in December without a promotion (lucky legends). • In June, more will get base pay hikes – no promotion, just a little money love. • Most of us in India will get some hike this year – promo or no promo. • Bonus? Equity? That tea’s coming in December ☕.
📅 Mark Your Calendars! • Promo? You’ll know between May 26–29. • Stay-at-level hike? May 29 is your lucky day.

“Hey, just so you know – whatever hike or promotion you got (or didn’t get), it’s not because you didn’t perform well. You’ve done a fantastic job and made a real impact on the team and the company.
It’s just that… the company’s revenue graph and the market mood are currently on a little break . So yeah, it’s not you, it’s the economy (and some other mysterious decision-making layers 🕵️♂️).
Keep up the great work, stay consistent, and you’ll be in a solid place for the next cycle.
