Why is it so hard for freshers to get projects? I joined accenture at level 11 and did training in java full stack. But now every single project is asking for atleast 1-2 YOE. I mean that sounds absurd. Its been more than 4 months all the projects rejects saying - not experienced. Trained resource.
What are my options?

If you are in a dire need of a project be open for Support/maintenance projects and start upskilling and preparing to apply elsewhere as staying too long in bench is also risky.

I dont get support/maintenance projects. They hired us from college only for development projects and they need people with experience for the same ðŸ«
