
Trending @Cognizant; Projects and “Work Experience”
I don’t know if cognizant HRs or projects allocation team will see this or not. Please allocate projects to the thousands of employees who are in bench first before recruiting more and more hundreds of employees !!! We do not need 200 or 500/- hikes … do not give hikes if it is such a less amount that we cannot even say we got a “hike”. Allocate us projects first!!! Or change your policies of 5 days work time of “9+” hours. We need work to get experience. Internally projects client requirements are “ work experience “ .How do we get work experience without projects?? In interviews they directly cut the calls when they get to know we did not work for projects. What is our fault in this ? Apply and mail so many people but no replies !!
Please allocate projects to the employees in bench.

Stop recruiting freshers anymore because no one needs freshers right?why recruit them and waste years and years of their career? Recruit only experienced and top candidates because everyone needs them only !!!

They do that to maintain the image of the company and also to get subsidy from the government.
They actually get profited by recruiting the freshers.
After Mr. CEO Ravi Kumar cognizant has become hell for employees.

Yeah they do whatever they can for their profit .. but for employees its hell … they are showing us hell with their stupid rules and policies .. sorry for my unprofessional language but my patience limit has exceeded now
