Project with 3 years bond

Hii, I need a suggestion. I am in bench for 2 months. Currently I attended a project interview(development). I got selected mail and willingness to join a project.. But the thing is they are asking me to work for 3 years with no release and transfer..

But I am having a plan to switch after 3 months.. So I am confused about accepting a project..

Pls pour your suggestions.:)

Join and resign after 3months no one will stop you if you have plan to switch else ignore and don't join that project be on bench for next 3 months but if you are lateral bench period will be checked if fresher no issues then
