Trending @Cognizant; Project timings issue

I joined cognizant in 25th aug and i am not comfortable with existing project because of timings and micro management. Its 5 days WFO , 12:30 to 10:30 shift and need to have 10hrs swipe in trutime and 9hrs VDI hrs. Can someone please suggest me what to do now?
