Trending @Wipro; Project Rotation Query

I got into a project after 6 months of my joining into the company and I’ve joined Wipro as a fresher. My question is, it’s already been more than 18 months being in the same project. But it’s still showing project rotation marked as “NO” in my PSP page. Whom should I contact for this ? Or is there like any criteria that I’m missing here to be eligible ?
