Hi All, I am on level 11 with Fastrack pramotion, having total experience of 22months, I was on bench for 2 months so I accepted one of project one month back where they selected me on the basis of primary skills , but I don't have experience in primary skill and now facing to much challenges, so can I ask for roll off ? I have completed one month in ongoing project, what's your view on this... please respond.. Thanks
Look for other projects, once the other want to bring you in, ask your current project to release you.
This could be the scenario in other projects as well. Till how long you can keep running from learning. I would suggest .. that you groom skills in the current project, at level 11 they won't hv much expectations from you, and you can easily say you need more training. Use learning portals, google , copilot to enhance your skills. If you still don't enjoy working in current team in 6 months or so, you can tell your managers you have certain aspirations and you pursue a different role.
Otherwise it doesn't make sense asking for a role off when you are directionless
