There is no space where we can openly share the review of our client / project / team with anyone. You likely don’t even meet people from several other teams to talk about how the culture there is.

The middle management’s practices hide behind the lack of information. The HR department which should make them accountable also does not have any open available information to work with and only step in when things go out of hand.

We all deserve to work at a great company. But for that we must first know how things are going in their client or project (Which ever is less likely to reveal your identity)

Good research on projects dictates our career trajectory.
