Project requirement in tcs???

I would like to know whether interviews are being conducted online or offline across companies. I'm currently searching for jobs. I've completed 3 years in TCS, and when I requested a transfer, it was not approved. I also asked for a project in a different location, but I'm not receiving any calls. The RMG team is simply telling me to find a project on my own. I'm not sure whether there are enough projects in TCS right now, as they are mostly forcing us to take support projects, even if our background is technical.
