Trending @Cognizant; Project Releasing people after promoting from PA to A
Hey guys, I'm currently working in a very very old project in CTS. In my project they're releasing Associates after promotion from PA to A currently there are a total 9 people who are eligible for promotion. I have almost 2.5 yrs of experience now. Do you think i can get a new project after getting released? I'm searching outside as well but the current market seems shit and they kept rescheduling the interview. Technology:- Oracle dba I'm thinking about using this experience to get into Data engineering? please tell me honestly if it is doable it'll be a big help. thank you :)
Same situation in my project as well. Will chances of interview calls increase after promoting to Associate
Hi @Isleepatwork did you got new project or switched to other company?
Not sure about DBA projects, if you wish to come into data engineer then i will strongly suggest you to go for Azure data engg certification. Then switch for data engg role.
