Project release_20 days!!

I have completed 3 years on a project and got released, later I joined project XYZ in Tcs where I see the roles and responsibilities are different from Day 3 , (while onboarding they told 123 later in project I see it’s like 789)- skill set mismatch then I brought this to my manager and delivery partner notice , however they are assigning tasks and adding onto customer calls as well , as this is purely irrelevant to my skill set I am unable to manage and continue further , I been following up with management as it been only 20 days they barely responding , please help here

So this is little bit tricky. You would have to get few things ready - firstly need 4 - 5 years of experience in your current skill domain. If you don't have that, you should get the relevant certification \ E2 in your skill in IEvolve. Once you have that, send an email copying RMG, HR to your supervisor and your manager citing that the circumstances under which your have been on-boarded is different from what you have been promised and you have a skill mismatch issue (Be professional and polite). Its very likely that you do not get any response, so be sure to follow-up daily.

After couple of follow ups, reach out to RMG in person and explain your concern citing that there is a skill mismatch. While you are doing the above, you should also parallelly search for a new project in Ultimatix and talk to the PM of that project to see if they take you in. If RMG is not budging, I would then have a discussion with HR. There is a 80% chance that they will accommodate your request but it all depends on your ability to convince them.
