Project release related

Advice needed,

I had recently joined TCS in sep month.i don't like the work culture in my team I feel like school only literally they are blaming each other and my team mates are not supporting me at all. It increases my mental health and now miscarriage also happens to me by taking stress. From the start I'm asking for a release from the project but my manager is saying that you are selected for this project only.Now I m doing wfh with exemption. If I take miscarriage leave will be given me release from the project or else still I will be in this project only.

Please anyone suggest what I should do in this suggestion. Completely drained off due to team members behaviour.

First of all do not take stress... at the end health and fammily matters.. i have seen people who do work much but still chilling in team and others who work are suffering.. if you do not think much abt band and increment do nominal work so that you will be at peace and do not feel guitly... and once you join backk provide doctors letter that he suggested not to take too much stress.. whenever you get a pregnancy news again be very strict this time about timing and all... and mention that given the past medical history doctor has suggested strict work life balance and you can work during allocated shift hours.. try to learn as much as possible without taking too much stress.. and whenever you are ready switch company... all the best... take care of your health .also remember be professional every time.. in emotions do not say or give anything in written which can be trouble for you...

Directly I can apply in ultimatrix and inform the supervisor about my leave.or need to inform hr.after that 6 weeks of leave can I take special maternity leave then atleast i can take rest and they will release me in that case? Any idea on this please suggest

Check policy first... you can apply sabbatical leave as well... and do not directly apply in system .. first off all politely discuss with manager , supervisor and send professional email... if they are not responding talk with HR .. your is genuine issue..HR will help you.. if nothing is working then as somelese suggested raise Grievance in system as a last option... but please be polite and professional.. doo not explain too much . i am surprised considering your miscarriage also how come project people are not understanding...

I'm so sorry about the miscarriage dear. To get out of the situation, you can try the following thing, I have mentioned risk levels:

  1. Risk (low): As this is your genuine problem, go to Ultimatix, raise a grievance redressal, this is taken seriously, so a high leadership/HR will connect with you to understand your situation and they will genuinely help you.
  2. Risk (medium): Connect with your HRBP, u can find the contact in Ultimatix under details. The downside is sometimes we don't know if the HR is a good person and an emotionaless jerk.
  3. Risk (high): Email your situation and requirement Directly to director of your business unit. (You can see this is your manager's manager's manager). Do follow up in 2 days if no reply. And remember to be humble and requesting in your email. If he/sheis considerate, then definitely they will set their reporters straight (your manager)

Yes I had taken leave of miscarriage for 6 weeks.Before my billing was until March 31st now it is moved to June. How to get released from this project

I would say work as much as you can and then leave from there. No one can do much about that. You will not be terminated for sure. I worked for 6.5years in TCS. After few months you may switch company. Because we can never know when projects in tcs actually end. They continue to extend for years.. And they won't release atleast you should go on maternity to get relieved from project
