Project Release process
Can someone please guide me how do I ask for a project release in TCS. It would be really helpful if someone can provide me some tips and tricks for the same. This September 2024 I will complete 2 years in the project. Is that sufficient criteria to ask for a release?

There are no tips and tricks. It's the project call. If they want, they will release u. Doesn't matter if u want release or not.

Resignation is the only solution. Or if appraisal doesn't matter to you then become dhritrashtra, I mean don't do anything in project. They'll release you within a year or two, it's the game of patience.
